International Shipping

We are delighted to ship The Elan Edit worldwide. International shipping rates are as follows:

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe: $24.95 AUD

• Rest of World: $34.95 AUD

• Free international shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

We currently ship to selected countries. In addition to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, our Rest of World rate applies to: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia. If your country is not listed at checkout please email us direct at info@theelanedit.com.au.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are shopping from outside Australia, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom, United States & Canada: 5-9 days

• Europe: 4-10 days

• Rest of World: 4-8 days

Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply to resend your order if you are based in Australia. For international orders, the actual re-shipping cost at current postal rates will apply to resend your order.

Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, The Elan Edit is not responsible for shipping delays or parcels lost in transit.

International Orders & Customs

For international deliveries, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal provider upon arrival in your country (e.g., USPS for the United States). You can typically track your parcel using the same tracking number on their website 3–5 days after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and taxes are not included in your order total and may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

A Note for Our European Union Customers

Please be aware that European Union import rules changed on 1 July 2026. As a result, orders shipped to the EU may have a small import VAT charge, plus a flat €3 customs duty per item, applied on delivery. This charge is set and collected by your local customs authority, not by The Elan Edit, and will need to be paid before your parcel is released. We recommend factoring this in when placing your order.
