At The Elan Edit, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to offer store credit for eligible returns within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping costs).
Please note the following:

Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to strict hygiene regulations.

All sale items, including items purchased during promotions or sample sales, are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, including packaging, to be eligible for store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email our team at info@theelanedit.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service and secure packaging, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
After your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).
Faulty Items
While we take great care in quality-checking all pieces, if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@theelanedit.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work with you on a resolution.
